Would you buy Nook or Kindle?

In response to Amazon, Barnes and Noble finally released their own e-book device called the Nook. The name is a bit awkward but the design is definitely slick. It even comes with two screens: One e-ink screen and another color touch-sensitive screen dedicated to navigation. Overall, it seams to be a very cool device but is it too little too late?

hmmm, what do you guys think?  If they offer the same features does it really boil down to price?

  1. murmurandshout answered: No way. The Kindle is ugly as hell, and people want pretty tech. If the content delivery process is comparable, the Nook can win.
  2. technogeeknotes answered: I dont know. That would be a hard decision. I like how the Nook does with the book cover thumbnail pics. I wonder if it has a virtual qwerty.
  3. atomische answered: I still have concerns over DRM. What happens to my library down the road? Will probably wait for Apple, Microsoft or Alex.
